Payment is due in full at the time of booking the appointment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Checks are not accepted. Cash is accepted only under prior agreement with our office. If you are interested in paying cash, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Terms of Service
Clients can cancel or reschedule their own appointments online up to 3 hours before their appointment time. Within the 3 hour window, clients must call the office (877-833-5883). Cancellations within 3 hours are handled on a case by case basis and may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the appointment cost). There are generally no fees to reschedule an appointment. No-shows will be billed the full amount. Late clients are not guaranteed their full appointment time.
We do not offer refunds after the session is completed. However, we understand that not all practitioners and clients connect with each other. Thus if after 5 minutes you aren’t satisfied, simply stop your session and request a refund or another practitioner. We will be happy to assist you.
This policy sets out how Clarity & Insight collects and uses the information that we collect about you when you use our services. This policy also explains the choices that you can make about the way that we use your information.
Information we collect and its use
We collect the following types of information about you
Information you provide us directly
We may ask for certain information such as a username, your first and last name, birthdate, phone number, and e-mail address when you register for an account, or if you correspond with us. We may also retain any messages you send through the Service, and may collect information you provide in User Content you post to the Service. We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the Service. We may also use this information to correspond with you and to address any issues you raise about the Service.
If you give us info about you, we will keep it and use it to provide our Service and make our service better.
Information we may receive from third parties
We may receive information about you from third parties. For example, if you access our websites or Service through a third-party connection or log-in, for example, through Facebook Connect, by “following,” “liking,” adding the Clarity & Insight application, linking your account to the Clarity & Insight Service, etc., that third party may pass certain information about your use of its service to Clarity & Insight. This information could include, but is not limited to, the user ID associated with your account (for example, your Facebook UID), an access token necessary to access that service, any information that you have permitted the third party to share with us, and any information you have made public in connection with that service. You should always review, and if necessary, adjust your privacy settings on third-party websites and services before linking or connecting them to the Clarity & Insight Service. You may also unlink your third party account from the Service by adjusting your settings on the third party service. If you unlink your third party account, we will no longer receive information collected about you in connection with that service.
When you use our Service, third parties might give us some info about you, especially if you are signed into a third party account while using our Service.
Information we collect from you automatically
We may directly collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit and other information that assists us in improving the Service.
To help us improve our service we keep info about how you use our service.
When you visit the Service, we may send one or more cookies — a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters — to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser and lets Clarity & Insight help you log in faster and enhance your navigation through the site. A cookie may also convey information to us about how you use the Service (e.g., the pages you view, the links you click and other actions you take on the Service), and allow us or our business partners to track your usage of the Service over time.
You can control or reset your cookies through your web browser, which will allow you to customise your cookie preferences and to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some features of the Service may not function properly if the ability to accept cookies is disabled.
Sharing your information
We will not rent or sell your information into third parties outside Clarity & Insight and its group companies (including any parent, subsidiaries and affiliates) without your consent, except as noted in this section:
